How long have you been in business?

Do I have access to technical support 24 hours, 7 days a week?

Our technicians work around the clock. If you have a service level agreement (for customers on Virtual or Dedicated Servers), please contact your assigned account manager for all urgent issues and a technician will respond within the timeframes specified in your SLA.

For all other clients, please contact us and a technician will respond during the next business day.

Do you offer web design, maintenance or programming services?

After I express interest, how long does the setup process take?

An account manager will be in touch to discuss your requirements and expected timeframes within 24 hours of your request being made. For enquiries made after-hours, you will hear from us on the next business day.
