What payment options do you offer?
Shortly we will be accepting payment via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Once these facilities are setup, please login to your account and enter your credit card details. The credit card loaded will be automatically charged whenever services are requested. Please note the minimum payment amount for credit cards is $5.
Alternatively larger accounts can elect to pay on invoice basis. Please contact us to apply for credit facilities.

Is your payment process secure?
Yes. We use a DPS Hosted payment solution, so all credit cards stored meet strict PCI compliancy. Being PCI compliant is the most secure way to ensure that your credit card details are safe.

Why are your prices lower / higher than others, does this reflect in your service level?
We are not interested in offering low rates with bad service, nor do we believe in overcharging 'just because we can.' We stand behind our commitment to offer you top quality service at reasonable prices, no matter how big your account size is.

Do you accept international clients?
Yes, we welcome all international users. Please note all charges will be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
